Commercial Directing Film School

Just finished shadowing you on set and I think you executed this course perfectly. I really felt like I was getting some great pieces of information that filled in many questions I've had. From the time I attended bootcamp to watching this course I've Directed 30+ commercials. This was great to give me perspective and dial in my own habits and routine on set and then compare them against your flow on set. If I would have watched this course immediately following the bootcamp it would have been cool but because I had some experience under my belt this was another game changing tool for me to develop my craft and excel in my career. Greatly valuable course! Overall, this course helped me realize what I'm doing right... and learn areas where I need to improve. But thanks to Jordan, I'm on my way!

Great course and material all around! I especially found Jordan's experience and insight on interfacing with agency valuable. As I find myself behind the camera on most of my jobs I often “see” the client and agency somewhat removed and I can certainly forget that the agency has been coddling the project since long before I was involved. On the jobs that I have directed it’s always a bit of a learning curve to get that enthusiastic interface going early and remembering that I am now helming their baby! I look forward to learning more about interfacing with the agency when I take the bootcamp! Thanks Jordan!
